The Salespeople page shows App Usage by employees, including their hits, unique hits, orders placed, and total sales. Total sales is the total amount of sales submitted from the App into Eclipse. it does not reflect any changes to the orders after they were submitted.
Hits are the number of times there has been a logged activity by salespeople in the Portal. These activities are: 1) Logging in, 2) Searching for products, 3) Viewing products, or 4) Submitting an order. Unique hits are the number of unique salespeople active in the App for the selected time period.
Clicking on Hits or Unique will remove it from the graph. Click on a point on the graph to display count and date details.
You can adjust the time frame and branches used for the graph data with the dropdown options at the top right.
Time frames include last 90 days, 60 days, 30 days, 7 days, 48 hours, 24 hours, and 60 minutes. The default is 90 days.
Branches include individual branches and an All Branches option. The default is All Branches. Note: Branches shown are based on the Portal Admin's branch authorizations in Eclipse.
Salesperson Data
By default, the Orders being created table will show all salespeople who have placed orders from an App. The table shows their name, App ID, # of orders placed, Avg. items/Order, Avg. Revenue/Order and Total Revenue.
To view detailed App Usage information for a specific salesperson, use the Search box at the top right of the Salespeople table or click on their name in the table listing.
Click the green cloud button to export table data. Details on exporting data can be found here.
Once you select a specific salesperson the data for the graph and all data on the Salesperson page is specific to that user.
The Search Terms and Top Products viewed tables are also specific to this salesperson's app usage. The Sales by Customer table shows the sales amounts by customer that the salesperson has generated.
You can re-order the tables by ascending/descending order by clicking the blue arrow to the right of the column titles. You can also search ether of the tables using the search box at the top right corner of each table.

The Top Products Sold table lists the top products put on order by the salesperson, as well as the total app-driven sales for the items.
The Products Not Bought table lists the products the salesperson viewed in OE Touch, but did not put on order.
