Innovo’s Location Touch product now supports the ability to receive and put away product. You can receive multiple products, purchase orders and transfers, and record products in a staging location until ready for put away. Receivers can also deal with issues such as short shipments, defective and over shipments, along with tagged items.
The put away process supports directed and undirected put away, with the ability to split put away quantities and locations or the ability to add new locations. This ensures the product and associated quantities are accurately received, put away, and updated in Eclipse.
For most customers the process to accurately receive and locate product solves 98% of their inventory issues. That coupled with the ability to perform daily cycle counts and full physical inventories with Location Touch, provides an easy-to-use solution to control your most valuable asset your inventory!
Receiving
- Scan or search for a product to find open PO's and/or Transfers
- Scan or enter order number
- Advanced search by vendor and shipping branch
- Select an order to receive
- Tagged item product indicator
- Scan product, scan receiving location, and enter quantity to be received
- Ability to split into multiple locations and/or location types to account for damaged items and over shipments
- Easily backorder material not received
- Automatic Job Queue notification for receiving discrepancies
Tip: By receiving into a temporary receiving location, you now can track the movement of product from receiving to put away.
Put Away
- Track items from receiving location to their final destination
- Put away product by order
- Put away product by receiving location
- Directed put away by primary bin location

- Verify all product is put away
