Schedule Settings

The Settings tab allows you to define preferences used throughout the route program and can be set for all branches at once or for an individual branch. By default, each individual branch will have the Use All Branches option enabled. Once you make changes to an individual branch, the Use All Branches option will be disabled.

Note: Only those users with Route role of Administrator will have access to the All Branches option.

 

Requested Times

When you schedule an order, you have the option of defaulting the requested time to a specific time or a window of time. This will set the default method. You can always change the setting as you are scheduling the order.

 

Default Time Window

When scheduling an order for a window of time, you can set the default time period. For example, if the default time window is set to 1 hour and you schedule an order with a start time of 6:30am, the end time will automatically be set 1 hour from then, so 7:30am.

 

Default Calendar View

The calendar can be presented in three ways:

1. Week (default)

2. Day

3. List

You can change the default presentation using this setting. The view can then be changed in the Settings tab itself by selecting the desired view in the top right.
