New Server-Side Features for OE Touch Customers

We are excited to announce the release of Android 3.1.0 for all OE Touch customers! In addition to the new app features, you will also notice some new functionality supported on both the Android and iOS versions. 

• Product Group Maintenance Utility updates! There is a new view, "Product" where you can now see all groups a specified product is in. This view can be used to remove or replace a discontinued product from all groups. • New control file, Innovo OE Touch Bypass Remote Actions for Employee Bids. This is a great feature for salespeople creating quotes in the field that may need additional action before sending to the customer. At the ship-via level, you now have an option to bypass the Mobile Order Entry Submit activity trigger as well as sending the order to the Remote Order Review queue. Remember to assign the ship-via to the employee list of available ship-via's in control file, Innovo OE Touch Valid User Ship Vias. 

• To mimic Eclipse Web Order Entry logic, we now disable display of line item pricing in customer mode for any order (Quote, Open, Invoiced) that has subtotals. The total amount of the order will still display in the totals section however line item pricing will no longer be shown. In a future version, the actual subtotal line item amounts will be displayed for orders in both customer and employee mode.

You will also notice two control files that are part of our core release for beta testing purposes but not yet respected in the app. The good news is this functionality is coming soon!
