How can I add all part numbers to an order at once?

Easily add all customer part numbers to your order

You can easily add all of a customer's products that have customer part numbers to an order. From the Scan Product screen, tap the + symbol near the bottom-right of the screen.

You will be taken to the Add Products screen where it will show you the total number of part numbers setup for the customer. At this point, you can tap on Add in the upper-right corner and all customer part numbers will be added to the order with blank quantities.

Or, you can narrow the list of products down by Location or Description.

For example, tap in the Location field and select a location from the scrolling list at the bottom and press Done. The number of items will be updated to just those that are in the specified location. And tapping Add at this point will only add those selected items to the order.

You can also narrow the list down by description. For example, if you just wanted to add all of the batteries to the order, you can enter "battery" in the description field to select all products with "battery" in the description. And tapping Add will add only the selected items to the order.

After clicking Add, you will be returned to the Scan Product screen.
