Begin by setting your Company Name and Logo in Deliver Web -> Settings at the bottom-right under Company Information. The Company Name and Logo URL fields are used in your email templates.
You can use the branch dropdown at the top-right of the screen to set the name and logo for all branches and/or for specific branches.
After you select either All Branches or a specific branch, enter the company name and put in a web link to the logo image. The Logo URL link should be a publicly accessible secure (https://) link that is directly to the logo itself and should end in .jpg, .png, or .gif. Make sure to include the full web address (i.e., include the https:// part). Note: DO NOT use "innovo" in the logo file name, as that is reserved for our own logos.
Note, The maximum width and height for logos is 175px width x 46px height. Anything larger will be scaled down and anything smaller will remain the size as uploaded, but will be aspect scaled.
Tip: If you have multiple companies on your Eclipse account and would like to have the associated company name and logo in your email templates, we recommend you update each branch in your system with the appropriate company name and logo and then create a single email template for All Branches using tokens @company and @logo. We use the price branch of the order to determine what logo to use in your notifications.
Make sure to press the green save button at the top right of the Company Information section when you are done. The company name and logo you setup will then be used in your templates for that branch or All branches, depending on which you had selected.
