How do I Manage my StockRoom Licenses?

Where can I see how many licenses I have and how many are in use?

You can see the number of device licenses you have and how many are in user on the Manage->Subscriptions page. Set the app dropdown on that page to Stockroom and the information below displays the number of Stockroom licenses you have and just below that is the number of licenses in use.

How do I add/remove a device license?

Innovo can add and remove licenses for you. Just email support@goinnovo.com and indicate the number of licenses you would like to add or remove. During normal business hours (8-5 MDT M-F), we can usually make the change within minutes.

How do I know what users have registered devices?

You can view device registrations per user on the Manage->Subscriptions page. Set the app dropdown on that page to Stockroom and the Active Users table will show all users who have registered a device, along with how many different device's they've logged into (registered) and their last access date.

How do I see all user device registrations and know when they last used the device?

You can see each specific device registration on the Manage->Devices page. Set the app dropdown to Stockroom and each device that has a Stockroom license registration will be listed. If you are looking for potential devices to remove, we suggest sorting them by the last access date and reviewing the devices with the oldest last access dates to see if they can be removed. If a user has multiple device registrations, this page will have an entry for each of their devices, so you can click on the "Name" header to list a user's devices together and review which may be old devices no longer in use.

How do I see what devices have multiple user registrations?

Stockroom licenses are per device, so even if multiple users have logged into Stockroom on a single device, only one license is used. However, each user that logs into the device does register their login to the device, so it is possible to remove a device registration for a user, but not have a license freed up, as the other users who have also logged onto the device continue to have the device registered.

If you want to see what devices have multiple user registrations, you can export the Manage->Devices table data by pressing the green cloud icon at the top or bottom of the table:

Next, open the exported file in a spreadsheet program and sort the entire sheet by the Device ID column. In the example below, there are two entries for the same device ID as two different users have logged into that device. Deleting the device registration for one of the two would not free up a license as the other user's registration would also need to be deleted.

How do I remove a device?

You can remove a user's device from their user profile page by going to Manage->Users, clicking on the user's name to load their full profile page and then clicking on the StockRoom device you want to remove and pressing the red Delete button in the device information popup screen.  

However, it is often easier to remove device registrations directly from the Manage->Devices page as you can see all device registrations in one view on that screen. Just click on any device in the table and press the red Delete button in the device information popup screen.
