How do I get started using Prokeep for SMS notifications?

You can now send your Deliver notifications via SMS text using the text messaging platform from Prokeep. Complete these steps to set it up.

• Contact your Eclipse representative to enable the text message activity trigger and Prokeep setup options on your Eclipse system.
• New and existing customers must contact Prokeep to subscribe to their services, to verify your API version with Prokeep is compatible with Innovo, and to complete the API application required for your Deliver notifications to work.  Check the Eclipse and Innovo boxes on the integration request here: https://www.prokeep.com/integrations/innovo  
• Configure the Prokeep Service in your API Configurations in Eclipse.

After the configuration is complete, contact Innovo Support by emailing support@goinnovo.com, and let us know you want to enable Prokeep for SMS text notifications. You must have our minimum API version 1.9.22. When you have the minimum API version, we will enable Prokeep for your SMS text notifications.
