This article details using Dropbox so you can store video files directly on the iPad to use with the Banner URL setting available in Signature Touch's Counter and Will Call Modes.
Dropbox has a free account option that includes storage space adequate for Signature Touch videos. You can setup a free account here (click Create an Account at top right of login area).
NOTE: Videos stored locally on the iPad are restricted to 10 minutes in length. When you select a longer video in Signature Touch, you will be able to pick a 10-minute portion to display. Details below.
Using Dropbox to download videos
Open the Dropbox App on the iPad and navigate to the folder containing the videos. Tap on a video name to select it. Selected files are shown with a blue background. Then tap on the 3 horizontal dots at the top-right and select "Export".
Press the "Save Video" button. The Video will be saved to the Apple Photos App.
Confirming the Videos are on the iPad
Press on the Photos icon on the iPad's home screen, then tap the Albums icon at the bottom right.
Tap on the Videos Album.
The videos saved from Dropbox or Google Drive will be in the Videos Album and can then be selected from within Signature Touch to use between customer signings.
