App users can always reset their password by pressing the "Forgot?" link on the login screen of any Innovo app and entering their email address. However, Portal Administrators can also issue a reset password email to the app user from the Portal. This can be useful in cases where the app user is having trouble receiving the reset email or when you may want to set a new password for the user as the password reset email is also Bcc'd to the email address of the Portal Administrator that initiates the reset.
To reset a user's password in the Portal, find the user on the Manage->User page and click on their name to go to their full user page. Once you are on their user page, press the middle (edit) button just above their Profile.

Next, in the Edit User popup window that appears, click the blue "? Reset Password" text at the bottom left. Note: This will send an email to the user and also BCC the email address of the Portal Administrator with a link to a webpage where they can set their own password.
